Lecture: Abby Cipar
The YSU Department of Art presents a lecture by guest artist Abby Cipar.
Cipar, named as the McDonough Museum of Art’s 2025 Emerging Artist, is an artist and educator whose work aims to create reconciliatory relationships to place, community, materiality, and voice on both the personal and collective levels, influenced by the social sciences, humanities, ecology, and the healing arts.
Her work is also exhibited in the Winter Art Exhibition in the McDonough.
Entry to this lecture is free and open to the public. Parking is available in the Wick Avenue Deck (M30) for a $5 fee payable in cash only. The McDonough Museum is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
