Students explored psychology where it all began on a Faculty Led Study Abroad Trip covering Psychology in Historical and Cultural Contexts of London, England.

Visit the final home of the father of psychoanalysis at Freud Museum London. Contextualize the teachings of the course and lay on Freud’s couch!

Stonehenge

Travel to one of the prehistoric megalithic structure.

While this is an academic trip, students have the opportunity to explore different areas of England to broaden their cultural understanding and enhance their study abroad experience.

Belize and Guatemala – Ancient Mayan Civilization

Archeology isn’t a topic always conducive to the lab. Dr. Matt O’Mansky, expert in the Ancient Maya World, travels with students to perform anthropological field work in Guatemala.

Students gain real world experience in archeology measuring coordinates, creating dig sites, and identifying features and artifacts.

Cooking Classes

Delve into the cuisine of Belize with a local cooking class. Learn about the evolution of the Mayan culinary world.

Cultural Experience

Students visit famous temples and Guatemalan landmarks, learning about different cultural practices in Guatemala and Central America.
