This rigorous program combines classroom instruction, online learning, and practical experiences in both our state-of-the-art laboratory and in professional dental offices.
Upon successful completion, students are eligible to take the National Certification Examination or the Ohio Dental Assistants Examination, earning the prestigious title of Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) and the right to use CDA credentials after their name. To qualify for the national examination, graduates must have completed their education at an accredited institution and hold a current CPR certification.
