At Youngstown State University, the BFA in Theatre is a professional training program designed to help you build skills, gain experience, and prepare for a career in the performing arts. From your first year, you’ll learn by doing—on stage, backstage, and in the classroom. You’ll focus on your chosen concentration and become highly specialized in your craft, whether it be acting, design tech, or musical theatre.
